Signet Bank has granted EUR 3 million financing for the completion of the Kado Karim project.

Kado Karim is a complex of luxury residential properties currently under construction in Dzintari, Jūrmala. The apartments are of the highest standard, built to reflect the resilience and sense of style of the Baltics. The complex will include three interconnected 3-storey residential buildings – the Maison de Karim, the Maison de Mer and the Maison de Park. The buildings share the same architectural style, but each has its own unique interior. The architect, Andis Sīlis, is one of the most respected in Latvia. The maxim of the Kado Karim project is “The art of life is to live with art”. The project is designed to fill life with art in all its manifestations: architecture, sculpture, painting, furniture and interior design, music and scents.
