Announcement on the commencement of liquidation of open-end investment funds

Signet Asset Management Latvia IPS announces that, in accordance with the decisions of the Board of Directors of Signet Asset Management Latvia IPS and the permit issued by the Bank of Latvia, the liquidation of the open-end investment funds Integrum Global Bond Fund (with sub-funds Integrum Global USD Bond Fund, ISIN: LV0000400315, and Integrum Global EUR Bond Fund, ISIN: LV0000400349), Integrum Multi-Asset Total Return USD Fund, ISIN: LV0000400919, and Integrum Global EUR Stock Index Fund, ISIN: LV0000401057 is being initiated. The liquidator of the funds is Signet Asset Management Latvia IPS, registration number 40103362872, legal address: Antonijas iela 3-1, Riga, LV-1010. Creditors’ claims must be submitted to the liquidator at its legal address or at the e-mail address: [email protected] within 3 (three) months from the date of publication of this notice.
