Signet Asset Management Latvia is an investment management company within the Signet Bank Group, managing several investment funds. The company currently manages more than EUR 100 million in assets.
Founded in 2010, the company’s team consists of investment professionals with more than 40 years of combined experience in investment management and capital markets across Europe and Eastern Europe.
Signet Baltic Bond Fund is the company’s flagship investment product and the first open-ended Baltic corporate bond fund in the region. The fund provides investors with access to a professionally managed and diversified portfolio of Baltic corporate bonds. During its first 12 months of operation, the fund delivered a 7.6% return, while its assets under management have grown to more than EUR 13 million.
In addition to Signet Baltic Bond Fund, the company also manages Signet Bond Fund and Signet Sustainability Promoting Fund – Latvia’s first open-ended investment fund based on ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) principles.
The company also provides discretionary investment portfolio management services to private and institutional clients.
The company is licensed to provide investment management services under License No. 06.03.07.439/492 issued by the Financial and Capital Market Commission.
Voldemārs Strupka is an investment expert at Signet Bank and Chairman of the Board of Signet Asset Management. He is an investment industry professional with 24 years of experience in asset management, financial markets, and investment advisory. Voldemārs is a CFA charterholder and a graduate of the Stockholm School of Economics in Riga. His areas of expertise include investment strategies, portfolio management, and capital markets.
Harijs Beķeris is an experienced investment and pension fund manager with deep expertise in capital markets and asset management. Harijs’s professional journey spans for over 20 years in asset management services, with a focus on portfolio construction, risk-adjusted returns and client-centric investment solutions. He holds a Master’s degree from the Faculty of Economics at the University of Latvia and a the Chartered Market Technician (CMT) designation, reflecting advanced proficiency in financila market analysis and investment decision-making. His disciplined approach and commitment to delivering robust long-term outcomes for clients, Harijs contributes significantly to Signet group growth. Member of Signet Asset Management Latvia management board since 2019.
Ilze Akmentiņa has the higher professional qualification as an economist with a specialization in the banking sector. She has gained more than 20 years of experience working in the financial sector, including in transaction monitoring, risk management, and compliance. She is a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist. Since January 2024, Ilze has been the Head of the Compliance Department at Signet Asset Management Latvia IPS.

In December 2025, the liquidation of the open-end investment funds Integrum Global Bond Fund (with sub-funds Integrum Global USD Bond Fund and Integrum Global EUR Bond Fund), Integrum Multi-Asset Total Return USD Fund and Integrum Global EUR Stock Index Fund, was completed.
