Notification on the distribution of proceeds from the liquidation of mutual funds

Signet Asset Management Latvia IPS announces the distribution of liquidation proceeds to investors of open-ended investment funds Integrum Global Bond Fund (with sub-funds Integrum Global USD Bond Fund, ISIN: LV0000400315, and Integrum Global EUR Bond Fund, ISIN: LV0000400349), Integrum Multi-Asset Total Return USD Fund, ISIN: LV0000400919, and Integrum Global EUR Stock Index Fund, ISIN: LV0000401057.

For one investment certificate of the Integrum Global Bond Fund sub-fund the Integrum Global USD Bond Fund, ISIN: LV0000400315, will be paid out EUR 15.903381.

For one investment certificate of the Integrum Global Bond Fund sub-fund the Integrum Global EUR Bond Fund, ISIN: LV0000400349, will be paid out EUR 15.909985.

For one investment certificate of the investment fund Integrum Multi-Asset Total Return USD Fund, ISIN: LV0000400919, will be paid out EUR 11.028640

For one investment certificate of the investment fund Integrum Global EUR Stock Index Fund, ISIN: LV0000401057, will be paid out EUR 13.578328.

The liquidation proceeds will be paid out on December 10, 2025 in the form of a non-cash settlement, by transferring the funds to the custodian with whom the investor holds investment certificates. The liquidation proceeds, the payment of which is prohibited by decisions of competent authorities, will be transferred to Signet Asset Management Latvia IPS for further holding.

The liquidation proceeds, intended for the investors who hold their investment certificates directly or through other custodians in Macte Invest FM AB, will be paid out to the Lithuanian branch of Nasdaq CSD SE for further disbursement to Macte Invest FM AB clients.
