Real estate developer Centrus Real Land is starting the final phase of construction in the CENTRUS quarter. The project includes five new residential buildings with high-quality apartments and commercial premises on the first floors. The developer plans to complete the new quarter by the end of 2027. The buildings were designed by the architectural firm Layout17, and construction work in the quarter is being carried out by the construction company Monum.
The total investment in the second phase of the project will reach 30 million euros, of which 25 million euros will be jointly provided by BluOr Bank and Signet Banka – two Latvian banks, demonstrating the local financial sector’s ability to combine resources and offer significant financing solutions for a modern, high-quality project.

In the first phase of CENTRUS, the developer built two seven-story residential buildings with 82 apartments and commercial premises. All apartments have been sold, but the commercial premises have been leased. The first phase also included the creation of a spacious and green pedestrian and recreational promenade, connecting Blaumaņa and Dzirnavu streets. CENTRUS has a two-story underground parking garage, which is used by residents of the neighborhood, guests, and other drivers.
In the second phase, the quarter will see the construction of four seven-storey buildings and one five-storey building. All new buildings in the quarter will be constructed simultaneously to ensure smooth progress and shorten the construction period. In total, 142 apartments ranging from 24 to 210 m² will be built. The ground floors of the buildings will accommodate seven commercial units (90 to 560 m²). During the second phase, the quarter’s promenade will also be completed and fully landscaped.
