Signet Asset Management Latvia continues to manage the largest private pension fund in Latvia

Signet Asset Management Latvia has once again become one of the managers of the 3rd pension pillar plan “Pirmais Pensiju Plāns” offered by “First Closed Pension Fund”.

The joint stock company “First Closed Pension Fund” is the only closed pension fund in Latvia, whose shareholders are SIA “TET” and its group companies, AS “Augstprieguma tīkls”, AS “Latvenergo” and its group companies. The aim of the pension fund is to save and invest contributions made by pension plan participants themselves and by their employers into the pension plan “Pirmais Pensiju Plāns”, in order to provide the participants with old-age supplementary pension capital. The guiding principle of the pension plan’s investment policy is to comply with precautionary principles that ensure risk reduction and investment safety, quality and liquidity in accordance with the obligations to pay additional pension capital accumulated by the participants of the  pension scheme.

Signet Asset Management Latvia has 35 million euros at its disposal.
