Signet Bank supports Davis Cup

Signet Bank is proud to announce its support for a round of the Davis Cup tennis tournament that will take place at Arena Riga on February 4-5, 2023.  The anticipated games will be a special event for Latvia’s all-time best tennis player, Ernests Gulbis, and these will be the last matches which Latvia’s top-ranked player will play as part of the Latvian national team.

Thanks to tennis stars such as Ernests Gulbis, Jeļena Ostapenko, Kārlis Ozoliņš and Anastasija Sevastova, Latvia is now on the map of tennis powers in the world.  We are proud to support the Davis Cup, which will be the concluding match for Latvia’s top-ranked men’s player, Ernests Gulbis, as part of the Latvian team. We’ll keep our fingers crossed for the men’s team in the play-off round.

The Davis Cup is the main team event in tennis, and it has been organised by the International Tennis Federation since 1900. The Signet Bank has supported the Latvian tennis team and the organisers of the Davis Cup, and that is of great importance as an invaluable investment in developing the arena for sports in Latvia. This will help us to join together in establishing a competitive environment for sports at the European level.
