Signet Bank grants financing of EUR 3 million to ATTA CENTRE

Signet Bank has provided EUR 3 million in financing to ATTA CENTRE for repairs and improvements.

ATTA CENTRE, located in Riga, Krasta iela 60, with a total area of 22,700 square meters, is the largest convention and exhibition centre in the Baltics. The centre combines all the services necessary for modern business people, including 29 conference rooms, an office centre and co-working space, a University, as well as a parking lot with charging stations for electric cars. The centre can accommodate up to 5,500 people at a time.

In 2020, Signet Bank continues to expand its business activities in the target markets of Latvia and other member states of the European Union, focusing mainly on the domestic market. During the first half of the year, the loan portfolio of Signet Bank increased by 15%, reaching EUR 36 million in signed lending transactions.
