Signet Bank donates to Children’s Hospital Foundation

As part of the “Angels over Latvia” campaign, Signet Bank donates to the Children’s Clinical University Hospital.

Our sincerest thanks to Signet Bank for EUR 7,000 donation to children of the “Angels over Latvia” campaign! This year, more than ever before, Latvian children need our support, because as the economic situation worsens, many families are no longer able to cope on their own and pay for their child’s treatment or other needs to improve health. It is very important that we continue to take care of our children, who are here by our side and are fighting for their health and future. Thanks to the donation made by Signet Bank, 5 children with disabilities in need of orthoses, orthopaedic shoes and special wheelchairs will receive assistance next year. This is a huge support for these children and their families, which helps them take the next step forward to a better life.

It is the dream of every parent in families raising a child with mobility impairments to have their offspring start walking on their own or with the help of an aid. Nowadays, with the help of a comprehensive set of treatment and rehabilitation methods, in many cases it is possible to successfully improve the quality of children’s mobility. For many years, our choice has been to support a care program for children with mobility and functioning disorders caused by neurological damage. We thank the Children’s Hospital, which on a daily basis helps young patients with very serious health problems to live a more fulfilling life. Special thanks to the Children’s Hospital Foundation, which helps children all over Latvia, not only at Christmas, to fulfil their dreams and work miracles – strengthen the abilities of young fighters and win new battles!
