Amendments in Documents of Mutual Funds managed by Signet Asset Management Latvia IPS

Hereby we inform you that on 15 May 2024 became effective the amendments to the prospectus and key information document of the investment funds Integrum Global Bond Fund, Integrum Global EUR Stock Index Fund and Integrum Multi-Asset Total Return USD Fund (hereinafter – investment funds) managed by Signet Asset Management Latvia IPS (hereinafter – the Managing Company).

The introduced amendments in the prospectus refer to the changes in the information on the Management Board of the Managing Company, in the information on the Fund manager, as well as to the updated performance results of the past 3 years of investment funds.

The introduced amendments in the key information document refer to the updated information in the sections “Performance scenarios”, “Costs over time”, “Composition of costs” and “Past performance”, as well as clarified methods of submitting complaints and adjusted directions to websites. In the key information document of the fund Integrum Global EUR Stock Index Fund additionally is actualized information on ISIN code.
