Pēteris Stepiņš has more than 20 years of extensive experience in the financial industry, both in banking and asset management. He holds a Master’s degree in Business Economics from the Faculty of Economics and Management of the University of Latvia, a CFA Insitute Financial Analyst qualification, and has completed the Baltic Institute of Corporate Governance’s Supervisory Board Member Education Programme. Pēteris is the Chairman of the Board of Signet Asset Management Latvia since March 2025.

Harijs Beķeris is an experienced investment and pension fund manager with deep expertise in capital markets and asset management. Harijs’s professional journey spans for over 20 years in asset management services, with a focus on portfolio construction, risk-adjusted returns and client-centric investment solutions. He holds a Master’s degree from the Faculty of Economics at the University of Latvia and a the Chartered Market Technician (CMT) designation, reflecting advanced proficiency in financila market analysis and investment decision-making. His disciplined approach and commitment to delivering robust long-term outcomes for clients, Harijs contributes significantly to Signet group growth. Member of Signet Asset Management Latvia management board since 2019.

Ilze Akmentiņa has the higher professional qualification as an economist with a specialization in the banking sector. She has gained more than 20 years of experience working in the financial sector, including in transaction monitoring, risk management, and compliance. She is a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist. Since January 2024, Ilze has been the Head of the Compliance Department at Signet Asset Management Latvia IPS.
