Signet Asset Management Latvia

The investment management company Signet Asset Management Latvia is a 100% subsidiary of Signet Bank.

The company was founded in 2010, and its team comprises investment professionals with years of experience in European and Eastern European financial markets. In addition to working with individual client portfolios, Signet Asset Management Latvia also manages an investment funds Signet Bond Fund and Signet Sustainability Promoting Fund.

The company is fully licensed by the Financial and Capital Market Commission to provide investment management services (Licence No. 06.03.07.439/317).

Alexey Generalov

Chairman of the Board

Alexey Generalov started his career in the financial sector in 1995. He has an extensive experience in various areas of the banking business: correspondent relations, brokerage, asset management, treasury management. His total experience in the financial markets is over 20 years. Alexey joined the team of the Signet Bank in spring 2019 as the Head of Brokerage Division. He has a Master’s Degree in Finances of the Faculty of Economics, University of Latvia.

Reinis Zauers

Board member

Reinis Zauers holds a Master’s degree from the Faculty of Law of the University of Latvia. He has been working in the legal field since 1999 in private companies and public administration. Since 2003, he has been building a career in the financial sector, holding senior positions. He was a lawyer in the Financial Markets and Investments Department of Parex banka, while at BlueOrange Bank he headed the legal department and worked in the bank’s management team. Since 2013, he has been Head of Legal at Signet Bank, a member of the management team.
