9 Latvian entrepreneurs become minority shareholders of Signet Bank

At the end of 2024, Signet Bank, Latvia’s leading investment bank, is expanding its shareholder base with 9 local entrepreneurs, each holding stakes of up to 2%.

Signet Bank’s shareholders currently include 18 Latvian and international private investors. The shareholders holding more than 10% of the shares are Signet Acquisition III (23.05%), whose sole shareholder is US investor Aleksandrs Solovejs, AS “RIT Group” (18.35%), owned by the Rapoport family, and SIA “Reglink” (14.98%), founded by banking professional Irīna Pīgozne.
