Signet Bank supports the development of contemporary urban space by becoming a partner of the first street art festival in the Baltics “ROW Baltics”, which will take place on 8 June at Āgenskalns Market. It will be a major event in the Baltic cultural space, bringing together street artists and music producers from Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia.
The initiators of the festival – street artist Dainis Rudens and hip hop artist ansis – have created a platform where contemporary art meets music, dialogue and co-creation. Riga’s public space will be enhanced with 16 new murals, while the festival venue will host beatmaker competitions, creative workshops, musical performances and special events, including a battle of words between Tautumeitas and rap improvisation theatre Free Speech Project.
“ROW Baltics fosters cross-sectoral cooperation, adds a new visual dimension to the city and creates space for new artistic voices. The festival is free and open to everyone
We want to highlight and show to the wider public how high quality street culture – art and music – can be. It is thanks to the support of our partners that this year ROW Baltics has the opportunity to grow bigger and let the people of the city experience street art in its various forms even more powerfully and extensively than before, for which we are very grateful, says Dainis Rudens, the festival’s creator

By supporting “ROW Baltics, we affirm our commitment to free creative expression and the accessibility of contemporary culture to a wider audience. Collaborations of this scale between Baltic artists enrich the urban landscape and foster cultural dialogue. The festival demonstrates how creative ideas can grow into events that inspire and captivate, leaving a lasting impact on the city, notes Ineta Done, Member of the Board at Signet Bank
